Our story

Every story begins at the table

Long before it was a restaurant, Once Upon a Dish was a simple suspicion.

So we built a place that takes that suspicion seriously.

The rest of the evening works the same way.

What we ask of our guests is curiosity.

The dining room of Once Upon a Dish: hanging lanterns, a constellation ceiling, an open kitchen and a rose under a glass cloche.
The dining room, under a ceiling of constellations.

What tells the story

  • The dishes

Each one named after a tale.

  • The cocktails

    A book of their own.

  • The rooms

Stone, lanterns and a ceiling of constellations.

  • The music

    Kept below the conversation.

  • The light

    Warm, low and moving.

  • Hidden details

Small borrowed lines, scattered on purpose.

Where every dish tells a story.
